To confirm a forward booking, credit card details must be supplied or a deposit of 50% room night cost must be forwarded and cleared prior to arrival.

Any cancellation of a booking can incur the loss of the first room nights accommodation cost.

Management reserves the right to alter this policy in favour of clients where death, sickness, accident or other situations arise which in some way prohibits the guest from fulfilling their confirmed booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY


DUE TO THE FREQUENCY OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS MADE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DURING PEAK TIMES AND THE DISAPPONTMENT TO OTHER PROSPECTIVE GUESTS THE FOLLOWING POLICY HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED.

  • To confirm a forward booking, credit card details must be supplied or a deposit of 50% room night cost must be forwarded and cleared prior to arrival.
  • Any cancellation within 48 hours of a clients booking can incur the loss of the first room night's accommodation cost.
  • Any bookings for peak times will incur the loss of the first room nights accommodation regardless of the time frame between the booking and the arrival of guests.
  • Peak times include but are not exclusive to school holidays, (both QLD and NSW) all public holidays, Grafton Race week, Easter long weekend, Jacaranda Festival and October long weekend. Other peak times may arise and are up to the discretion of the Management.

Management reserves the right to alter this policy in favour of clients where death, sickness, accident or other situations arise which in some way prohibits the guest fulfilling their confirmed booking.

Management once having accepted a booking will always endeavour to fulfil its obligations to provide the accommodation requested or if impossible to provide, will make arrangements to find alternate accommodation at an alternate venue.

By proceeding with the booking it is understood the above conditions have been accepted
